Archer GRC Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and configure

  RSA Archer GRC solutions

  to align with business and security requirements.
• Design and implement

  Archer applications, dashboards, data feeds, reports, and workflows

  .
• Work with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the Archer framework.
• Perform system administration, application upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal Archer performance.
• Develop and maintain

  Archer Data Feeds, Access Control, Notifications, and Advanced Workflow Solutions

  .
• Integrate

  RSA Archer with third-party applications

  using REST/SOAP APIs, data feeds, and connectors.
• Implement best practices for

  GRC frameworks

  like

  NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and SOX

  .
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for Archer application issues.
• Maintain documentation, including design specifications, system configurations, and user guides.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in the

  RSA Archer 6.x platform

  (Applications, Workflows, Dashboards, Data Feeds, and Notifications).
• Experience in developing

  Archer ODA (On-Demand Applications), Custom Objects, and APIs

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  Archer Data Import/Export

  and integrations with external systems.
• Good understanding of

  GRC frameworks, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, and IT Security processes

  .
• Proficiency in

  SQL, JavaScript, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs

  .
• Knowledge of

  SAML, LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO)

  , and

  Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

  .
• Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and automation within RSA Archer.

• RSA Archer Certified Professional (ACP)

  or

  Certified Administrator

  is a plus.
• Experience working in

  Agile environments

  and with tools like JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud-based Archer implementations (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
