Role Overview: You will be working as an Archer IRM Developer with 7+ years of hands-on development experience in Archer. Your main responsibility will be to contribute towards technical development aspects. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, allowing you to balance work from home and office as per your needs and role requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop business requirement-driven Archer solutions using core and custom applications - Promote Archer solutions following SDLC methodologies and leveraging Archer packaging capabilities - Develop Archer data integration feed(s) to/from other systems when necessary - Collaborate with Architecture and Infrastructure teams to enhance the Archer Platform and identify technical opportunities for improvement - Adhere to State Street policies and procedures for change management, project governance, and software configuration management - Ensure timely resolution of technology requirements and challenges, including debugging complex Archer configuration issues Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of Archers out-of-the-box solution offerings and experience in developing and implementing solutions using various Archer features - Hands-on configuration and customization experience with Archer version 6.13 or later - Experience in moving configurations following SDLC methodologies and utilizing Archer packaging, along with proficiency in APIs and XML/XSLT - Solid knowledge of configuring access control, record permissions, events, and notifications in Archer - Expertise in creating fields, reports, iViews, and dashboards in Archer - Extensive experience with calculated fields, access controls, advanced workflows, and data feeds configuration - Working experience with relational databases such as Oracle/SQL Server 2016 - Strong communication skills (Note: Job ID: R-772642) Role Overview: You will be working as an Archer IRM Developer with 7+ years of hands-on development experience in Archer.
