AR VR TRAINER

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled AR/VR Trainer to design, implement, and deliver immersive training experiences using Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AR/VR platforms, instructional design principles, and the ability to create engaging, interactive learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver AR and VR-based training programs for employees, clients, or end-users.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to convert traditional training content into immersive AR/VR experiences.
• Operate and maintain AR/VR equipment and software to ensure smooth training sessions.
• Assess learning outcomes and provide feedback to participants.
• Stay updated on the latest AR/VR technologies, tools, and trends in training and development.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during AR/VR training sessions.
• Support the development of training documentation, tutorials, and user guides.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience with AR/VR development platforms (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, ARKit, ARCore, Oculus, HTC Vive).
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Experience in delivering technical or soft skills training is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with 3D modeling or animation software (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max).
• Experience in gamification and interactive learning design.
• Knowledge of hardware integration, sensors, and motion tracking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
