AR Trainee – Medical Billing (Entry-Level)

Shift: Permanent Night Shift (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off!)

Role Overview

• The AR Trainee position involves handling Accounts Receivable in the context of medical billing for US-based clients.
• Work is conducted during the night shift to align with US business hours.
• Candidates will gain exposure to US healthcare billing processes, insurance claims, and related administrative tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Passion for learning and growth in the healthcare domain.
• Attention to detail and willingness to work night shifts.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided for the right candidates.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
