AR Executive / Senior AR Executive - International Voice Process

Job Description

We are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in the International voice process. This is a Monday to Friday night shift . Timings are - 5:30 pm to 2:30 am We have an age limit up to 35 years of age . We are also giving a bonus of a 1 monthly salary if they join immediately. Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound/inbound calls to insurance companies in the US. Follow up on outstanding medical claims. Resolve denials and ensure timely payment from insurance companies. Maintain documentation and update systems with accurate information. Ensure compliance with process and quality standards. Key Skills: Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of US healthcare billing/AR follow-up preferred. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
