We are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in the International voice process. This is a Monday to Friday night shift . Timings are - 5:30 pm to 2:30 am We have an age limit up to 35 years of age . We are also giving a bonus of a 1 monthly salary if they join immediately. Work Mode: Work from Office We are hiring experienced professionals for an exciting opportunity in the international voice process domain for a leading US-based medical billing company. This role is perfect for candidates with a background in AR calling and international customer service who are looking for a stable, growth-oriented career in the healthcare outsourcing industry. Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound/inbound calls to insurance companies in the US. Follow up on outstanding medical claims. Resolve denials and ensure timely payment from insurance companies. Maintain documentation and update systems with accurate information. Ensure compliance with process and quality standards. Key Skills: Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of US healthcare billing/AR follow-up preferred. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
