Job Description – AR Caller (Medical Billing / RCM)

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic AR Caller with 1–4 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare RCM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with insurance companies, resolving claim issues, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and payers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Call insurance companies to follow up on submitted claims.

Work on denied claims and rejections; initiate corrective actions for resolution.

Verify patient eligibility and benefits with insurance providers.

Perform EDI enrollments and support credentialing processes.

Analyze and reduce AR aging through timely follow-up and escalation handling.

Generate and review aging reports to track overdue accounts.

Communicate effectively with clients, payers, and providers regarding claim status.

Document call details and update billing software accurately.

Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all processes.

Support team members and participate in training as required.

Requirements

Graduate (any stream, preferably Commerce or IT or Science).
1–4 years of U.S. Healthcare AR calling/medical billing experience.Strong knowledge of AR process, denial management, and payer guidelines.Hands-on experience in billing software like ECW, Athena, AdvancedMD, etc. (preferred).Excellent verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work in night shifts (U.S. process).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
