Job Location: SEZ, KochiWork Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST), Monday to Friday (5-day work week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AR & Denial Analyst to join our dynamic team at our SEZ Kochi office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Accounts Receivable (AR) and Dental Analysis, with a proven track record in reviewing, analysing, and resolving denied insurance claims. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of payer guidelines and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse denied claims to identify root causes and common trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective denial resolution strategies.
• Rework, appeal, and resubmit claims in accordance with payer-specific guidelines.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent future denials and educate teams on best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 codes, payer policies, and medical terminology.
• Track and report denial rates, trends, and resolution outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer-specific regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in US AR & Dental Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare coding systems and payer policies.
• Willingness to work in the night shift (US shift).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
