Job Description: AR Caller (Fresher) We are looking for enthusiastic Accounts Receivable (AR) Callers – Freshers to join our dynamic healthcare revenue cycle management team. This role involves interacting with insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records. It is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in medical billing and healthcare BPO. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims. Understand and resolve denials, rejections, and underpayments. Document call outcomes and update claim status in the billing system. Work with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues. Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets. Required Skills Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Good analytical and problem-solving ability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel). Willingness to work night shifts (US process). No prior experience required, training will be provided.
