Afiablee Healthcare & IT Solutions LLP is a leading healthcare and technology firm based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Committed to excellence, we are currently seeking five experienced AR Callers to join our dedicated team and contribute to the success of our revenue cycle management.

Shift Timings - 6.30 pm - 04.00 am

**Job Description:**

As an Experienced AR Caller at Afiablee Healthcare & IT Solutions LLP, you will play a crucial role in the revenue cycle by efficiently handling denials, working on claims, and posting payments. Your responsibilities will include:

- Investigating and resolving denials from insurance companies

- Understanding and navigating the claims processing workflow

- Posting payments accurately and in a timely manner

- Communicating effectively with insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims

- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and complete claim information

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and coding practices

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and revenue cycle management

- Strong knowledge of denial resolution and claims processing

- Proficiency in posting payments and reconciling accounts

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Familiarity with healthcare billing software and systems

- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) certification is a plus
