• Ensure timely collection and Strong follow up on overdue invoices on daily / weekly basis
• Issue credit notes timely & resolve queries of customer with respect to CN
• Verification of sales invoices
• Timely Reconciliation of debtors ledger.
  
• Improve and implement debt collection processes when there are any overdue invoices or payments.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, analyse the effectiveness of the companys credit control system and implement changes to improve profitability and reduce bad debts
• Preparation of Book Debtors Report
  
• Experience and ability to communicate with sales team and customers at all levels for collection, issue resolution etc, must be a known good negotiator and people person. 
  
• Cash flow forecasting / Weekly collection forecasting and advising the treasury team
• Co-ordinating with customers and discussing the overdue bills.
• Advising the collection team on invoice adjustment of collection, review the doubtful debt position and advising for provisioning in books
• Preparing monthly feedback reports on payment collections
• Experience in managing a team of 2-3 people
• At least 5-8 years of experience in the AR management
• Bachelors degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field.
• Previous working experience in AR management
• Good communication skills verbal & written.
• Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
