Aquisition RM-NRI

As an Acquisition Relationship Manager for NRI (Non-Resident Indian) banking within the Branch Banking department, your primary responsibility is to operate in a field role that is dedicated to the NRI Banking Vertical. You will be reporting to the regional NRI Field Leadership. Your main objective will be to attract new customers for the bank within your assigned location. In addition, you will collaborate with various stakeholders in the location and the NR business vertical to develop and implement local customer acquisition strategies that align with the business objectives. Your key roles and responsibilities will include driving customer acquisition numbers for the designated location, evaluating and monitoring sales targets and performance, developing customer acquisition strategies for local markets, building and nurturing relationships with local B2B partners to acquire new customers, collaborating with the local Branch Network and NRI Business vertical to convert leads into customers, providing feedback to local field leadership on customer needs and market trends, and honing your ability to interact with customers and build trust through telephonic conversations. To qualify for this role, you should hold a graduation degree in any discipline and possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.,
