Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team as an Assurance Manager in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assurance-related concepts and GAAP requirements, with excellent communication, presentation, and people skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Conduct pre-issuance reviews, including thematic or hot file reviews, to ensure high-quality deliverables. Assist in preparing for PCAOB inspections and create/draft AQRs to meet regulatory requirements. Perform focused reviews according to internal EY PPQRM and PPD requirements to maintain consistency and quality. Collaborate with colleagues within and outside India to form strong working relationships and achieve common goals. Develop and implement effective quality control processes to enhance the overall quality of assurance services. Analyze complex issues and provide innovative solutions to improve business operations. ### Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Assurance in Big 4 accounting firms. Chartered accountant with professional certification (CA, CPA, or ACCA) in accounting. Possess strong knowledge of assurance-related concepts and GAAP requirements. Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and people skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Interest in business and commerciality is desirable.
