Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team as an Assurance Manager in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assurance-related concepts and GAAP requirements, with excellent communication, presentation, and people skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Conduct Pre-issuance Review Program (PIRs) including thematic or hot file reviews. Assist in preparing for PCAOB inspection and create/draft AQRs. Perform focused reviews according to internal EY PPQRM and PPD requirements. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues within and outside India. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. ### Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Assurance in Big 4 accounting firms. Chartered accountant with professional certification (CA, CPA or ACCA) in accounting. Possess strong knowledge of assurance-related concepts and GAAP requirements. Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and people skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
