QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Aptitude Trainer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of cognitive skills and aptitude training techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with both classroom and online training environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement training programs focused on aptitude and cognitive skills.
• Conduct classroom and online training sessions.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in aptitude training.
• Collaborate with other trainers and educators to improve curriculum and training methods.
