Aptitude Trainer

You will be joining FACE Prep, a leading company in Education Services and Skill Development, impacting millions of students across recruitment test preparation, employment training, and higher education admissions. As an Associate Trainer, your role will involve training delivery, content creation, product development, and becoming an expert in the Placement domain. You will receive training to deliver expert classes in various topics, improve existing technology modules, and develop new ones. Key Responsibilities: - Learn new technology skills rapidly - Conduct both online and offline training sessions - Influence the employment outcomes of numerous graduates annually - Engage in coding, teaching, traveling, counseling, designing, presenting, and personal growth Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken - Strong knowledge in foundational basics of Programming Languages & Aptitude - High problem-solving abilities - Willingness to learn and passion for teaching - Ability and willingness to travel and relocate Eligibility Criteria: - Percentile / CGPA above 60 in UG, Class12, and Class10 Compensation: - 4LPA CTC - Stipend of Rs. 15K fixed for the first 3 months training period - Certificate submission required upon full-time conversion - Rigorous pre-joining learning Desired Streams: - B.
