Apps Dev Tech Lead Anlyst

As a BE/ME/MS/MCA degree holder with a minimum of 12-18 years of development experience in Java, J2ee, MicroServices, MongoDB, SQL, and JIRA, you will be responsible for providing technical engineering leadership for multiple large scale/complex global software solutions. Your role will involve a strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, high availability, and concurrent programming. You should have a solid understanding of Agile projects and SAFe Agile ceremonies, along with excellent software development skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of technologies such as Java, J2EE, Spring framework, Hibernate, JPA, and App Server - Design and build enterprise transaction-based systems focusing on recovery, stability, reliability, scalability, and performance - Develop REST-based web services using Spring Boot - Design complex applications in a microservices platform - Integrate web services and utilize tools for service registry, service discovery, and log visualization - Implement Test-Driven Development with tools like Junit and Mockito - Ensure application security and work on performance tuning of large technical solutions - Work on multithreaded applications, JMS/MQ applications, and UI/web programming languages - Knowledge of internetworking concepts, firewall, communication protocols, and web security frameworks Qualifications Required: - BE/ME/MS/MCA degree - 12-18 years of development experience in Java, J2ee, MicroServices, MongoDB, SQL, and JIRA - Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, high availability, and concurrent programming - Experience in Agile projects and SAFe Agile ceremonies - Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring framework, Hibernate, JPA, and App Server - Experience in building enterprise transaction-based systems with a focus on recovery, stability, reliability, scalability, and performance - Deep understanding and extensive experience in developing REST-based web services using Spring Boot - Strong experience in designing complex applications in a microservices platform - Knowledge of Containerization, service registry, service discovery tools, log visualization tools, and application security - Hands-on experience in Test-Driven Development, multithreaded applications, JMS/MQ applications, and performance tuning - Familiarity with UI/web programming languages, internetworking concepts, firewall, communication protocols, and web security frameworks The company emphasizes strong leadership skills, including experience in tracking and running projects in Agile, developing teams, stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to work across different time zones supporting stakeholders globally.,
