Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Apprenticeship Trainee to join our Quality team in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector. This role offers hands-on experience in quality assurance, process inspection, documentation, and compliance practices, specifically tailored to the energy and thermal systems industry. Education: Graduate Batch: 2025 or 2024 Branch : Mechanical/Production Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with industry standards Support the quality team in conducting inspections, tests, and audits according to established procedures. Document test results and quality issues accurately and systematically. Help maintain and organize quality records, reports, and logs. Learn and apply root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action techniques (RCA & CAPA). Participate in training sessions related to ISO standards, Six Sigma, 5S, and other quality systems. Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable industry standards. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical,, Industrial, or related discipline. Strong interest in quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing processes. Basic understanding of inspection tools and measurement techniques is a plus. Good communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and take feedback positively.
