Job Title: Apprenticeship Programme

Location: Sitapur, Jaipur

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: ₹20,000 (in hand) per month

Educational Qualification: Minimum eligibility is 12th Pass.

Experience and Qualifications:

• The programme is open to freshers.
• Relevant experience or certifications (e.g., in Colored Stone Identification, Jewellery Certification, Instrumentation, or Origin) is considered an added advantage, though not mandatory.

Areas of Work:

Apprentices will be trained within six specialized buckets, with final placement decided by Management based on skills and interests:

• Colored Stone Identification
• Jewellery Certification
• Instrumentation
• Origin
• Photography (Support service)
• General Support service
• Future Hiring and Assessment

Apprentices will be considered for payroll hiring based on:

• Individual performance.
• Recommendations from mentors/supervisors.
• Position availability within the company.
• Performance will be assessed using parameters including:
• Punctuality.
• Team work.
• Adherence to SOP/Protocols.
• Attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
