Job Description

As an Technical Support Engineer at Adobe, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving problems in a complex software environment. You will play a key role in supporting enterprise software solutions, ideally Marketing Automation, CRM, PRM, or SFA applications in a SaaS environment. Your role will involve prioritizing, leading, and executing projects involving multiple departments. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a complex software environment - Provide technical support for enterprise software solutions, focusing on Marketing Automation, CRM, PRM, or SFA applications in a SaaS environment - Prioritize, lead, and execute projects involving multiple departments - Communicate effectively with all levels of professional staff - Navigate challenging situations in a professional manner - Perform effectively under pressure - Additional experience in Database technology (SQL), Web technology (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, PHP), and Networking Technologies (TCP/IP, DNS) is a plus - General cultural awareness, particularly for agents supporting customers in regions other than their own Qualifications Required: - Must be a technical graduate - 6 months-1 year of progressive experience diagnosing and resolving problems in a complex software environment - Technical Support or implementation experience supporting enterprise software solutions, ideally Marketing Automation, CRM, PRM, or SFA applications in a SaaS environment - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, lead, multi-task, and execute projects involving multiple departments - Superior communication skills (presentation, written, and verbal) with the ability to explain complex concepts simply - Excellent analytical skills - Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Please note that Adobe is committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity.
