Job Description Position: Apprentice – Supply Chain / Operations / Quality We are hiring Apprentices under a structured on-job training program in Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain domains. Freshers who are passionate to start their career in core industries are welcome to apply. Work Location: Bhiwandi – BEV, Bhiwandi – FDS, Nagpur, Pune, Sangli Experience: Fresher Only Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Any Stream) Salary (Stipend): ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Day Week Off) Shift: Rotational Shift Who Can Apply: Fresher candidates only Willing to work in rotational shifts Physically fit and ready to work in production or warehouse settings Interested in learning core operations, quality, and supply chain functions Requirements Customer Service & Operations: Ensure timely dispatch and delivery across GT, MT, and CSD channels Support PDP (Product Delivery Process) implementation Achieve OTIF (On Time In Full) and fill rate targets Timely loading/unloading of vehicles Oversee salt production and packaging Manage warehouse and inventory effectively Handle racking operations and customer order servicing Conduct regular follow-ups with CFA for KPI tracking Perform cycle counts of complete warehouse inventory
