Job Description:

We are inviting applications for the position of Apprentice – Quality Control at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This is a one-year apprenticeship program, designed to train candidates in routine quality control operations, documentation practices, and regulatory compliance standards as per industry norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing chemical and instrumental analysis for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Support the preparation of reagents, sampling activities, and basic lab operations.
• Maintain all QC records and logbooks as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and participate in equipment maintenance and calibration.

Performance Review and Employment Opportunity:

• Apprentices will be monitored on performance, discipline, attendance, and workplace behavior throughout the training period.
• Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship and based on overall evaluation, eligible candidates may be considered for permanent employment within the Quality Control department.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
