We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Personnel to drive sales to small offices
and SMEs, with a focus on high street retailers in the Irish market. The ideal candidate will
have exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced
environment. This role requires expertise in objection handling and the ability to turn
rejections into opportunities. Must be able to convince customers and schedule appointments.
Actively prospect, pitch, and generate appointments for B2B deals with
small offices and SMEs, particularly high street retailers, to meet and
exceed sales targets.
Leverage a hunter mentality to identify and pursue new business opportunities
within the Irish retail sector.
Handle objections confidently and professionally, converting challenges
into successful outcomes.
Maintain a positive attitude, embracing rejections as opportunities for growth.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to refine B2B sales strategies and contribute to
company growth.
High Proficiency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
to effectively engage with Irish clients.
Prior B2B sales experience, especially with SMEs or retailers, is a plus but not mandatory; a passion for sales and learning is essential.
