Job Description

The Application Support Administrator II for Salesforce at UKG is a key member of the dynamic Digital team responsible for providing technical assistance and support for the Salesforce application. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of UKG's enterprise systems landscape, which is utilized by various business teams across the organization. Your responsibilities will include resolving user-reported system issues, managing access requests, delivering service catalog offerings, and implementing operational system changes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure timely issue resolution and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and reported issues from business users. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues promptly, minimizing system downtime. - Deliver services from the service catalog, including data updates and user access management. - Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure correct setup and access control. - Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely setup and deactivation of user accounts. - Implement and maintain role-based access controls to restrict user access appropriately. - Assist with data imports, updates, data integrity checks, and other data-related tasks. - Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve issues and implement improvements. - Create and maintain documentation related to system support processes and knowledge articles. - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in user experience and operational efficiencies. - Provide guidance and training to end-users to ensure proper usage and adherence to best practices. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce administration or systems support roles. - Salesforce Administrator certification. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and within a team environment. - Strong attention to detail and technical acumen. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Salesforce workflows, process automation, and reporting tools. - Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools. - Experience with Salesforce licensing model and audit protocols. - Familiarity with Salesforce data loader tools. - Familiarity with DevOps tools. - Familiarity with Agile practices. - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.,
