Role & responsibilities Education & Experience: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in business systems architecture, enterprise applications management, or IT consulting. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of ERP, CRM, HRIS, and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday) Experience with API integration, middleware, and automation tools. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and SaaS solutions. Business Acumen & Leadership: Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive digital transformation initiatives. Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. A problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving efficiency and impact.
