  Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic application-specific support issues.
  • Install and maintain enterprise and laboratory application software, including dedicated hardware.
  • Complete change requests and qualifications.
  • Liaise with internal groups and vendors to determine and implement solutions.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • General understanding of server administration and architecture (Windows Server, Linux).
  • Ability to interact with relational databases (primarily Oracle, some SQL Server).
  • Basic support knowledge of desktop operating systems and efficiency applications (MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio).

  Required Skills:

  • Ability to diagnose problems and coordinate the implementation of solutions.
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to see issue resolution through to completion.
  • Positive attitude with a dedication to high-quality work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a business-focused approach.

  • Key Areas of Expertise Required : Power Automate / .Net

  Working Conditions:

  • Office and laboratory environments with exposure to electrical office equipment.
  • Travel up to 60-80% of the time for Labs-based staff.
  • Exposure to biological fluids and the requirement to use personal protective equipment.
