Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our world-class systems. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide quality support and maintain client satisfaction, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for any challenges that arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques. - Ability to document processes and create user guides for clients. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AWS Administration. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
