Must have skills : Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration Good to have skills : Linux/Unix Desktop Management Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Any Degree Summary :As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems or applications. Your typical day will involve interfacing with clients, accurately defining and resolving issues, and utilizing your deep product knowledge to design effective solutions. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.Must Have Skills:Oracle cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Red Hat Linux Administration, Scripting, Ansible, Gitetc. OCI IAAS landing zone management, OCI container engine for Kubernetes , Terraform , Oracle Cloud Stack , OCI VCN, OCI Service gateway, OCI subnet , security list, NSG, Load Balancer Unix server administration, Unix Files permission & File systems management, Account Management, Performance Monitoring, Backup by Linux native tools, Logical Volume Management, troubleshooting skills, log files monitoring/analysis, health check., network configuration, Disk allocation, LVM, Multipathing, OS Hardening, performance tuning, OS Patching & Migration (Satellite)., Virtualization, High availability, shell scripting and AnsibleGood to Have Skills: Kubernetes, Ansible, ITIL certification, Red Hat Job Requirements:Key Responsibilities:Managing and supporting OCI Landing zone, the Linux/Unix environment running on on-pre and Cloud platforms, Managing the server commissioning/decommissioning, Handling BAU tasks, Build and configure Infrastructure using Ansible, IAAC tools.etc. Technical Experience:Good Knowledge and hands on experience on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, OCI container engine for Kubernetes, Terraform, Oracle Cloud Stack, RedHat Linux Enterprise architecture, installing and configuring of Linux OS, configuring repos, Handling Linux Files Permission File systems management, Account Management, Performance Monitoring, Backup by Linux native tools and Logical Volume Management. Good Knowledge of troubleshooting skills in a support environment, log files monitoring/analysis, and health check. Experience on incident, change and problem management process. Good Knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting on Linux, OS Hardening, performance tuning, OS Patching Professional Attributes:Should have 50+ months of Linux Server Admin Experience and managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Experience must have been gained in a production environment.
