Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your communication skills to provide exceptional support, ensuring that client issues are accurately defined and resolved through your comprehensive product knowledge. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain the integrity of our world-class systems, fostering positive client relationships and enhancing user satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery.- Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth. Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.- Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with mobile device management solutions.- Strong understanding of application support and troubleshooting methodologies.- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and their integration with on-premises systems.- Ability to analyze and interpret technical documentation and user requirements.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
