Must have skills : Microsoft Intune Good to have skills : NAMinimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also utilizing your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for any issues that arise. Your commitment to quality will be evident in every interaction, as you strive to enhance the client experience and maintain system integrity. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery.- Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with mobile device management solutions.- Strong understanding of application support and troubleshooting methodologies.- Familiarity with system integration and data synchronization processes.- Ability to analyze and interpret technical documentation and user requirements. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
