Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing any issues they encounter, and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your communication skills to provide exceptional support, ensuring that client concerns are resolved efficiently and effectively, thereby contributing to the overall quality of our services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of the system. - Document and track client issues and resolutions to improve future support processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with stakeholder engagement and management. - Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and system capabilities. - Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for clients. - Experience in creating detailed documentation for system processes and client interactions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
