Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, ensuring the smooth operation of our world-class systems, and utilizing your communication skills to address and resolve issues effectively. You will be dedicated to maintaining high-quality service and will leverage your product knowledge to design appropriate solutions for client challenges. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams to ensure clarity and understanding.- Document client interactions and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
