This role requires hands-on Application Support on Linux + Java in Capital Markets.

1. Senior Support Analyst (SSA)

   • Experience: 3-6 Years and CTC: 12 LPA + 10% Variable (Role and exp based dependent)

2. Manager Application Support

   • Experience: 6-10 Years and CTC around 18 LPA + 10% Variable (Role and exp based dependent)

3. Senior Manager Application Support

   • Experience: 10+ Years and CTC: 28 LPA + 20% Variable (Role and exp based dependent)

Education (Mandatory)

• BE / BTech / MCA

Key Responsibilities (Technical)

• Application support & troubleshooting on

  Linux/Unix OS

  • Support of

  Java-based 3-tier architectures

  • Strong understanding of Linux OS concepts & inter-process communication • Experience with

  real-time messaging

  (Multicast, UDP, TCP/IP) • Linux commands, shell scripting & release/deployment methodologies • Exposure to

  migration & deployment projects

  • Knowledge of

  SDLC, Maintenance & Operations

  • Incident & Problem Management (ITIL processes) • Application monitoring using enterprise tools • Experience in

  Capital Markets / BFSI

  applications (Preferred)

Skill Set Required

• Linux / Unix • Shell Scripting • Java / C • SQL & PL/SQL (RDBMS concepts) • ITIL Framework • ServiceNow • Monitoring tools

  ITRS (Geneos)

  • Process & automation tools for IT Operations
