Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2/3 application support for internal and external users

  • Diagnose and resolve application, integration, and data-related issues

  • Monitor application health, performance, and availability

  • Analyze logs, system metrics, and error reports to identify root causes

  • Escalate and collaborate with development teams for complex issues

  • Support application deployments, upgrades, and patches

  • Maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles

  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response

  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and support best practices

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
