Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide Level 2 support for backend services in the automotive domain.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents following established
Runbooks
and
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
.
Perform comprehensive
API analysis and troubleshooting
using tools such as
Postman
or
Bruno
.
Handle tickets triggered by
AWS CloudWatch
events (basic understanding sufficient).

Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate effectively with customer teams via
MS Teams
(chat groups, channels, meetings).
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to
Level 3 support
as per the escalation process.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout incident resolution.

Process Adherence

Follow
ITIL-based incident management
practices using
Jira
and
Confluence
.
Ensure compliance with
SLAs
and service delivery commitments.
Document incidents and resolutions for
knowledge sharing
and
process improvement
.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Background

Bachelors degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Certifications & Skills

AWS Certification
(Associate level minimum – SysOps preferred).
Strong experience in
API troubleshooting and integration analysis
.
Working knowledge of
SQL
for basic queries (
MySQL
experience desirable).
Proficiency with
Jira
,
Confluence
, and
MS Teams
for ticketing, collaboration, and documentation.
Solid understanding of
ITIL Incident Management
processes.
