Fullstack Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance software applications.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to best coding practices, design patterns, and security standards.
• Oversee the integration of third-party APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
• Write, review, and optimize clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Ensure proper implementation of code reviews, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Drive technical innovations and adopt emerging technologies to improve system performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to define technical roadmaps and sprint plans.
• Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of software solutions.
• Break down complex technical tasks into manageable work units and assign them effectively.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in technical problem-solving and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless user experience integration.
• Work with infrastructure and security teams to ensure application scalability and security compliance.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications, databases, and server infrastructure.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues in production and staging environments.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to enhance system observability.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, documentation processes, and CI/CD automation.
• Drive adoption of DevOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud computing best practices.
• Recommend improvements in technology stack, frameworks, and tools to enhance productivity.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 6+ years in software development, with at least 3 years as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer.
• Programming Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in Java, Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React, Angular), .NET, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Microservices, RESTful APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps best practices.
• Proficiency in database design (SQL, NoSQL - MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, Jest) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and mentoring skills.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and enhance software development processes.
