NEC Software Solutions (India) is looking for Application Support Engineer/ Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshoot applications to resolve customer complaints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for complex issues.
Develop and maintain documentation of application support processes and procedures.
Analyze and report on application performance metrics to improve overall system efficiency.
Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application support services.

Job Requirements
