Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support applications built on

  .NET & IIS

  environments
• Oversee

  web hosting, deployment

  , and server configurations
• Work with

  SQL Server 2012

  Oracle 11G

  databases
• Support

  Web Services, APIs

  , and IP-based communication protocols
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues via

  phone, email, chat, or onsite

• Analyze root causes and provide long-term solutions
• Ensure smooth functioning of deployed systems and client satisfaction

Key skills:

• Experience in application support with exposure to

  .NET/IIS

  SQL/Oracle

• Knowledge of

  web hosting and deployment

  practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
