Job Description

Role Overview: As an Application Support Engineer at Opkey, you will play a crucial role in supporting ticket management operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day application performance. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-entry engineers looking to grow in application support, production troubleshooting, and client-facing communication. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage incoming support tickets in the ticketing system. - Assist in investigating and troubleshooting basic technical and production issues. - Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure timely issue resolution as per SLAs. - Professionally communicate with clients, providing updates and clarifications. - Support production operations and escalate issues as necessary. - Collaborate with internal teams (QA, Engineering, Product) for faster issue resolution. - Be willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts. Qualifications Required: - 06 months of experience (freshers welcome). - Basic understanding of ticket management systems (Jira, Teams, or similar is a plus). - Ability to troubleshoot simple technical issues. - Good communication and client-handling skills. - Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights. - Strong learning attitude and eagerness to grow in application support.
