Job Description

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the following: - Handling customer inquiries in the CRM system - Conducting technical analysis of customer inquiries and identifying the requirements - Selecting products and accessories based on application needs - Creating responses to customers" requests for quotations and cost estimates - Providing backend support to Field Sales Engineers and assisting the marketing team - Identifying 3rd party equipment and obtaining technical and commercial offers from sub-vendors - Preparing and submitting technical/commercial offers, datasheets, and drawings for customer approval - Addressing post-proposal technical queries and revising quotations when necessary - Scrutinizing customer Purchase Orders and processing orders - Generating sales-related MIS reports Desired Qualifications: - Good verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with basic concepts of Automation, Field instruments, and basic Electrical engineering - Proficiency in MS Office applications The job is located in Coimbatore - Malumichampatti and is open to female candidates with 0-2 years of experience. The education requirement is B.E./Diploma in EEE/Instrumentation. Benefits include life insurance and paid time off. The job type is Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In with a day shift schedule.,
