Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the seamless operation of network infrastructures. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system maintenance and support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques and system functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). - Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations. - Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
