Project Role : Application Support Engineer Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have skills : SAP Ariba Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : NA Summary :As an Application Support Engineer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems related to SAP Ariba. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and providing support to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support for SAP Ariba applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system performance, functionality, and integration with other systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, including working with developers, business analysts, and project managers. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles. Participate in the testing and deployment of new SAP Ariba applications and upgrades, including coordinating with end-users and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP Ariba. Good To Have Skills:Experience in other procurement applications such as Coupa, Oracle, or SAP MM. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP Ariba applications. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. Experience in testing and deploying new SAP Ariba applications and upgrades. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Ariba. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
