Summary:As an Microsoft Windows Server Administration SSE you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Windows Server environments within an organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Server Installation & Configuration:Setting up and configuring Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.- Performance Monitoring & Maintenance:Ensuring optimal server performance through regular monitoring, patch management, and troubleshooting.- Security & Compliance:Implementing security measures, managing access controls, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.- Virtualization & Cloud Integration:Managing virtualized environments using Hyper-V or VMware and integrating cloud-based solutions.- Disaster Recovery & Backup:Developing and maintaining backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.- Technical Leadership & Support:Providing guidance to IT teams, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with stakeholders.- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Proactively identify and resolve software-related issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system problems.- Develop and maintain technical documentation for software systems.- Implement software patches and upgrades to enhance system performance.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification
