Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance, ensuring that all applications run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system logs, and implement solutions to maintain operational excellence, all while adapting to the evolving needs of the business environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration. - Strong understanding of system monitoring tools and techniques. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks. - Knowledge of network protocols and their impact on application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
