Must have skills : VMware Workspace ONE Good to have skills : Mobile Device/App Automation Testing, Microsoft 365 Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure timely resolution of application and system issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot technical problems. - Manage and prioritize support tickets to meet SLAs. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. - Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Workspace ONE. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft 365, Mobile Device/App Automation Testing. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and concepts. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application and system issues. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in VMware Workspace ONE. - This position is based in Noida. - A 15 years full-time education is required. 15 years full time education
