Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Job Responsibilities:?¢ Configure and customize Salesforce platform as per the requirements ?¢ Understanding of SAFE Agile framework and participate in SAFe events ?¢ Good Salesforce CRM Design and Architectural understanding, functional understanding ?¢ Contribute to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment ?¢ Good Triaging, Troubleshooting ,Root cause and Impact analysis capabilities ?¢ Participate in efforts to develop, execute testing and producing documentation where needed ?¢ Previous experience in CRM based product development in large projects is preferable ?¢ Creating timelines and development goals. ?¢ Utilize best practices to develop, perform any support needed, enhancements, bug fixes as required to the Salesforce.com platform ?¢ Testing the stability and functionality of the application. Qualification 15 years full time education
