Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications and services. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the business systems while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Develop and implement best practices for application support and incident management. Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.- Strong understanding of incident management processes and tools.- Experience with service level agreement management and reporting.- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services.- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance.
