Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:Application Support:oManage and support 150+ clinical applications, including 10+ critical systems such as:?Critical Alert Nurse call?Hill-Rom & Rauland Nurse Call Systems?Omnicell Automated Medicine Dispensing Systems?HUGS Infant Protection System?Ocularis Camera Systems?HVAC SystemsoHandle incidents and service requests within SLA timelines.oTroubleshoot application issues; escalate to vendors when out of scope.Infrastructure Management:oPerform server maintenance, patching, and upgrades.oManage infrastructure for clinical applications, ensuring high availability and performance.Operational Responsibilities:oParticipate in weekday and weekend on-call support.oWork with Problem Management team for RCA, waiver requests, and problem records for priority incidents.oMonitor MyWizard dashboard for proactive issue detection.Security & Compliance:oPerform vulnerability remediation and patch compliance.oManage SSL/TLS certificate renewals for servers.oConduct annual risk assessments for applications.________________________________________Required Skills & Experience:Technical Skills:

oStrong knowledge of infrastructure support for clinical applications.oExperience in server patching and maintenance activities.oBasic Microsoft PowerShell scripting knowledge (added advantage).Domain Knowledge:oHealthcare domain experience is mandatory.oKnowledge of EMR systems is an added advantage.Soft
