Application Support Analyst - L1 & L1.5

As an SAP functional technician with 0.5 - 2 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day management, monitoring, and support of SAP users. You will focus on incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, escalation, and performing Non-regression tests. Additionally, you will work in monthly rotational shifts to support users across different time zones (US, EU, Asia). **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide level 1 support in SAP areas with basic knowledge of transaction codes - Offer technical support, training, and troubleshooting to end-users for SAP - Monitor SAP jobs in SM35, SM35 and Idoc processing - Perform basic bug fixes and troubleshooting of failed jobs - Re-run jobs that have ended up in error - Collaborate with clients to explain SM and level 1 activities - Conduct Non-regression testing during monthly releases **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field - 0.5 - 2 years of experience in supporting SAP functional areas - Functional Knowledge of SAP FICO/MM/SD/PP/QM/EHS/LE/PM and other major modules - Interface knowledge with SAP and Non-SAP systems - ITIL certification In addition to the technical skills, you are expected to have relevant certifications like SAP Certified Technology Associate and SAP Certified Development Associate. It is essential to stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with ITSM - Incident, Problem, Change Management is preferred.
