Application Specialist (Australia & New Zealand Student Visa Process)

Job Description:

D Vivid Consultant is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Application Specialist to manage the end-to-end student visa application process for Australia and New Zealand. You will ensure that applications are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time, while maintaining seamless communication with students and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete process of student visa submissions, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
• Verify student documents and coordinate with students for missing or corrected documents.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with students regarding application status.
• Ensure all applications are submitted within deadlines set by immigration authorities.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Counselling teams to ensure a smooth application process.
• Track application progress and provide timely reports to management.
• Proactively resolve any delays, discrepancies, or issues during the application process.
• Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and organizational policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Australia and/or New Zealand student visa processes is a plus.
